2010 Spring Turkey Harvest Breaks Previous Record - May. 20, 2010
Tennessee turkey hunters have shattered the record for the spring harvest as the 2010 season has come to a close. The previous record for the spring season was 35,877 and this year's mark is 36,781 and that number is expected to increase as reports continue to trickle in to the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency.

NASHVILLE --- The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency reports that another successful fall turkey season has concluded. Fall hunters had a consolidated 12-day season which ran from Dec. 7-18.

Leftover Special Season Anterless Deer and Fall Turkey Permits Available Sept. 16 - Sep. 15, 2009
NASHVILLE --- Leftover special season antlerless deer and fall turkey permits will be available on Wednesday, Sept. 16 beginning at 8 a.m. (CDT). Leftover permits will be through the Online License Center and through all Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency license agents.
