Turkey Drawings Conducted

CHEYENNE-- The drawing for fall turkey licenses has been conducted.  Results will be available on the Game and Fish Web site beginning Aug. 29.

The following limited quota areas still have turkey licenses remaining and will go on sale Sept. 2, first-come, first-served at all automated licenses agents and Game and Fish regional offices.

Area 4 type 1 - 18 licenses


Area 8 type 1 - 10 licenses


Area 9 type 3 - 93 licenses

Hunters should take note that the regulation has been changed this year to allow a second turkey license in Area 9 type 3. 

Consult the Game and Fish Web site for a listing of automated agents where licenses will be sold.    General turkey licenses are also available at automated license agents and other license agencies throughout the state.
